Extract the public website from the application so self-hosted installations open authentication directly and Sim Cloud can publish the website independently.
The old landing routes, blog/library/customer content, exclusive assets, marketing APIs, and unused marketing dependencies are removed. Their source is preserved with commit attribution and checksums in the private landing repository. Shared auth, email, error-page assets, and application components remain here. No landing styles or component-library dependency crosses repositories.
Authentication and APIs retain their existing session, OAuth, CSRF, callback, and trusted-origin boundaries. Landing-only Cal.com embed and Twitter pixel CSP permissions are removed; auth Turnstile permissions remain. At
/, session-cookie hints still lead to the session-validating app entry; anonymous self-hosted requests go to/login. Hosted anonymous requests use a bounded server fetch of the private static homepage. It forwards no visitor data, copies no upstream headers, rejects redirects/non-HTML/oversized responses, and returns a non-cacheable 503 on failure. Legal links cross to the public site using ordinary document navigation.Integrations and models remain canonical in the platform. Existing integration docs are retained; generated model docs and permanent legacy catalog redirects replace the marketing catalog pages.
