Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom), [botbuilder](https://github.com/Microsoft/botbuilder-js) and [botframework-connector](https://github.com/Microsoft/botbuilder-js). These dependencies need to be updated together.
