This updates the development toolchain and fixes the CI failure caused by ESLint 10 no longer reading
.eslintrc.json.@types/nodeto 26.5.1,@types/vscodeto 1.137.0 in the lockfile,@vscode/test-electronto 3.1.0, ESLint to 10.10.0, and TypeScript to 7.0.2.eslint.config.js, preserve the existing lint rules, and declare Node globals through theglobalsdevelopment dependency.js-yaml, so that dependency is removed instead of reverting the previous security fix.Validation: clean
npm ci --ignore-scripts, lint, JavaScript type-check, 31 unit tests, 5 VS Code Extension Host integration tests, zero vulnerabilities in npm audit, and successful VSIX packaging. Extension runtime source is unchanged.
