Set rootDir before taking the TypeScript 6 upgrade

TypeScript 6 changes the default rootDir to the directory containing tsconfig.json, and this repo does not override it (tsconfig.json only sets outDir: "lib" with include: ["src"]). After this bump, pnpm build will emit lib/src/index.js/lib/src/index.d.ts instead of lib/index.*, but the package entrypoints and downstream tooling are still hard-coded to lib/index.js (package.json:20-22, scripts/utils/bundler.js:13-14, tests/integration/lambda/handler.ts:3). From a clean install, that breaks prepack, build:lambda, and the published package layout unless rootDir is pinned explicitly.
