Updates the Co-Scientist built-in skills reference to match the skills that currently ship with the CLI.

co-scientist/reference/skills-reference.md(current andversion-26.1)/write-nf-testrenamed to/nf-test, which is the command the CLI provides./migrate-from-wdlremoved; it is not available as a built-in skill.version-26.1is patched alongside the current version because it is the published Enterprise version.version-25.3is left unchanged — its table documents an earlier CLI generation, where the commands listed are correct.
