What changed in this PR
This PR adds Wi-Fi troubleshooting and Claude Code status-line utilities to the scripts collection, while removing the Python meeting-room auto-booker.
Changes:
- Adds macOS Wi-Fi monitoring, historical reports, and an automatic rejoin workaround.
- Adds a Claude Code status line showing usage, context, cost, and lines changed.
- Removes the booking script and Flask dependency, and updates virtual-environment examples to use
hibp.py.

…utage still open - claude-statusline.sh: use context_window.context_window_size from Claude Code's status JSON; the model-ID guess stays as the fallback (a 1M session can carry an ID without "1m"). - wifi-monitor.sh report: an outage with no dhcp_bound before the log ends was dropped, so a report run mid-outage said "no drops found".
