Google migrated the Chrome Web Store from `chrome.google.com/webstore` to `chromewebstore.google.com`. This updates all CWS URLs across README files to use the new domain. The old URLs currently redirect, but will eventually stop working. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
