In vtkhdf backend, the pyvista.backend was imported for the functions _arbitrary_lagrange_vtk, _cell_degree, _first_order_vtk. This was making pyvista a mandatory dependency for the vtkdhf backend, since in pyvista backend there is try/except import pyvista.
This PR solve this declaring the 3 functions in a separate file that does not import pyvista.
