E2B Create starts a remote Python process only to validate the managed entry point, then fetches the ready receipt separately after initialization. Use SDK file-type and readability checks, and return the bounded durable receipt on the initialization command stream.

Preserve ownership/configuration checks before credential delivery and after initialization, receipt identity validation, one-shot startup, and inspection-based recovery after uncertain responses. No SQL, protocol, dependency pin, or Runtime template change; rebuild Core and its bundled helper.

Validation: generated-contract checks, 11 template tests, 261 helper tests, actual SDK transport fixtures, local subprocess tests for initialization failure and missing/oversized receipts, and independent review. Actual cold-start savings require post-release measurement.
