Closing as currently incompatible. The failing Frontend CI job stops at npm ci with ERESOLVE: eslint-plugin-react-hooks@7.0.1 peers through ESLint 9 only, while this PR installs eslint@10.6.0. This should be recreated once the React Hooks ESLint plugin supports ESLint 10.
