This PR refactor how declared params are handled but not the behavior
Motivation
It wasn't easy to understand all the available options since they were in a
optionsargument.Key Changes
DeclaredParamsHandlerclass that handles the public methoddeclaredwith all available options which are explicitely defined with default value.
