bump to rquickjs 0.14

I am almost positive that the CFFI code here is unsound and results in UB because it transmutes a *mut u8 into a *const u8 while other references are live.

Every module except the sqlite one should be fine, though.

@svix-jbrown The blob was unsound but not because of the transmute mainly because the engine can mutate the pointer. We don't have a choice but to make a copy since we can yield to the engine in some cases.

I dropped the older versions and improved the general code while I was at it.
