Adds finite, reduced-motion-safe explainers for Compaction, Victim Selection, and Wear Levelling. Corrects the Compaction final example so exactly three legal moves produce the shown array. Extracts shared motion utility for both challenge packs. Adds invariant, browser, and multi-viewport tests. Depends on web-platform PR 16. Verified: TypeScript, lint, hygiene, 98 unit tests, production webpack build, 13 explainer outcomes plus replay, and 55 arena layout checks across five viewports. A transient local browser navigation suspension passed on targeted retry.
