Publishes the accumulated, atomic challenge-quality changes: illustrated statements, stricter cache contract checks, learner scaffolds separate from public baselines, and matching manifest/harness versions. This PR also documents the current local source-checkout integration. Verification: go test ./..., go test -race ./..., go vet ./..., repository hygiene, platform arena validation for all ten packages, and one real Docker submission baseline/scaffold check in the companion web-platform branch. Generated arenas remain practice-only and Go-only. Companion web-platform PR will add the reproducible contributor acceptance check.
