fix(agentos): support RivetKit 2.3.5 actor runtime socket

Summary

• upgrade the RivetKit dependency family from the custom sqlite-uds build to stable 2.3.5
• migrate AgentOS actor persistence to RivetKit Actor Runtime Socket v1, including explicit transaction leases
• update path-only configuration validation and adapter metadata assertions

Local validation

• full workspace build
• Rust actor socket, native sidecar, sidecar session-store, and VM-config tests
• AgentOS test:pr: 33/33 passed, including real Rivet actor conformance
• credentialed real Pi prompt + shell tool + file write + durable history E2E
