Trying to stepwise implement the python3 fixes, but without pandas3 loaded, to determine where the computations get off.
transform(),dayval(),hoursval(), andmonthval().monthval()suggests that it works fine, and it is only used inSNOWdayval()andhoursval()have not been performed yet.
