It looks like the Langcache notebook fails because GH Actions doesn't have any Langcache credentials configured to use to run it. Do we have a testing API key for Langcache somewhere?

Besides that notebook, it looks like there's a random scattering of notebooks failing for a variety of reasons - I'll clean up some of the low-hanging ones there.

FYI @vishal-bala a huge docs refactor in flight. So I wouldn't worry too much about the notebooks. But could definitely use a review on this one #474 -- you can do make docs-build and make docs-serve to test drive the new layout and content.
