Refreshes the Redis Cloud API reference spec by replacing content/operate/rc/api/api-reference/openapi.json with the current OpenAPI document from the live Redis Cloud API docs endpoint (same flow as the scheduled rc_api_sync workflow).

No application or service code changes—this is documentation-only so the published RC API reference stays aligned with the upstream spec.

Hi @paoloredis. We get changes like this nearly every day, but it always seems to revolve around the same kind of thing, back and forth, endlessly. Not sure if this is something you can address in the automation. Would you mind taking a look?
