The compact-inbox implementation merged in PR #244, but the source OpenSpec task file still had unchecked completion boxes. Recording the PR merge and cleanup evidence keeps the durable task artifact aligned with repo truth. Constraint: Follow-up is bookkeeping only; runtime code already merged in b937fb7.
