After months of testing and numerous intervals of PRs and work on this we should finally be ready for AGP 9 with built-in Kotlin.
Note: this still requires #2582 at the minimum (otherwise Dokka won't work) as well as potentially some things I have PRed to recloudstream/gradle for extension compatibility (though I believe the app can be updated without extensions also having to). So for the moment this is still a draft.
