Spec 015: SBML's model is compared with today's relational file - #655

Decided 24 Oct 2026: the reference for SBML's model is today's relational output of the same release, compared element by element (order and the generation timestamp set aside), not the corrected graph-only converter. The comparison tool is sbml-exporter's ci/compare.py (its T016/T021), and its differences.md becomes the one list for SBML. Also ticks T036 (sbml-exporter #22-#24) and notes T040's first part (sbml-exporter #30). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Spec 015 (docs only).
Decided 24 Oct 2026: the SBML the graph converter writes must match the files people use today, so the reference for SBML's model is today's relational file of the same release, compared element by element (element order and the generation timestamp set aside; today's order is HashSet order and cannot be reproduced), not a corrected copy of the graph-only converter.
sbml-exporter'sci/compare.py(its spec 001 T016/T021, Spec 001: the reference is today's relational output sbml-exporter#31), not a tool here. BioPAX's tool (T031) stays here.sbml-exporter'sdifferences.mdas the one list for SBML.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
