Spec 015, T028. Documentation only.

  • The maintainers' issues are posted: BioPAX3Exporter#4 and sbml-exporter#14.
  • Each exporter repository has a Spec Kit adoption PR: BioPAX3Exporter#5 and sbml-exporter#15. Each adds a constitution and a CLAUDE.md.
  • Decided with the user: each exporter's own work is specified in its own repository.
    • The [ext] tasks here become the website's view of that work, ticked when the exporter's spec ticks them.
    • This spec keeps what happens in this repository, the comparisons and the switches.
  • Both adoptions found the exporters' own checks don't run yet, and this spec now records it:
    • sbml-exporter's main doesn't compile, because of an unpinned snapshot dependency;
    • BioPAX3Exporter's mvn test compiles none of its tests.

… specs

The maintainers' issues are posted (BioPAX3Exporter#4, sbml-exporter#14),
and each exporter repository has a Spec Kit adoption pull request
(BioPAX3Exporter#5, sbml-exporter#15). Decided with the user: each
exporter's own work is specified in its own repository, so the [ext] tasks
here are the website's view of it, ticked when the exporter's spec ticks
them; this spec keeps what happens in this repository, the comparisons
and the switches. Both adoptions found the exporters' own checks do not
run yet (sbml-exporter's main does not compile), and record it.
