Summary

Restore source updates missing from the mirror while preserving recently merged pull requests.

• Align Android touch payload field constants across Kotlin, JNI, and the test shadow.
• Use designated initialisers for cached TurboModule method metadata.

The PR changes only these four files. It leaves the merged Maestro CI configuration, filter parsing and tests, Android border fix and regression test, and blob test setup unchanged.

Test Plan

• Built a clean CodeSync export including the pending import stack and the newer source-main changes.
• Verified that the complete committed tree matches that combined export exactly (8,268 tracked paths): test "$(git rev-parse HEAD^{tree})" = 7237bd81e675c1a9130a3ea311391208ebd78382.
• Verified that only the four intended touch/TurboModule files differ from GitHub main; the recently merged changes remain byte-for-byte intact.
• git diff --check origin/main HEAD passed.
• The four synced files are byte-identical to the source versions checked by repository lint, which passed with no issues.
• Full native and Fantom suites were not rerun locally; GitHub CI provides platform validation.
