Increase the reserved video memory from 5 MiB to 7 MiB on the Radxa QCS6490 boards so the Iris video block has enough memory to boot reliably. Move gpu_zap_mem accordingly to avoid overlap with the enlarged video_mem region. Signed-off-by: Jiali Chen <chenjiali@radxa.com>

看ip,有些ip需要固定，一般bsp里面可以配置，大多数都是自由安排，只要空间足够并且确实是空闲内存就行，我是这么理解的
