Add Rmd to kQuartoDocSelector?

Bug description

An issue was reported against https://github.com/REditorSupport/vscode-R-syntax/ because inline code chunk commands are not shown when both vscode-R-syntax and Quarto extension are enabled.

It seems that it can be fixed in the Quarto extension.

Thanks for the suggestion. I think we're unlikely to do that because .Rmd syntax is genuinely different from .qmd syntax in ways that would cause more confusion than the benefit this would bring.
