fix(pkgmetadata): correct zlib and AGPL v3 classifier mappings - #1458
Corrects two entries in the trove classifier to SPDX table in pkgmetadata/pep639.py:
Classifier
Before
After
License :: OSI Approved :: zlib/libpng License
zlib-acknowledgement
Zlib
License :: OSI Approved :: GNU Affero General Public License v3
AGPL-3.0-only
ambiguous (None)
Why
zlib: in the SPDX license list, zlib-acknowledgement is the "zlib/libpng License with Acknowledgement" and is not OSI approved. The classifier is under "OSI Approved", and the OSI-approved zlib/libpng license is Zlib ("zlib License").
AGPL v3: the classifier doesn't say whether later versions are allowed, so AGPL-3.0-only overstates it. This matches how the table already treats the GPLv3 and LGPLv3 classifiers. AGPLv3+ still maps to AGPL-3.0-or-later.
license_from_metadata_values() now returns Zlib for the first classifier. For the second, it raises like other ambiguous classifiers unless the free text maps to SPDX first. In #1457 the SBOM falls back to free text or a LicenseRef instead. Neither classifier appears in the 210 wheels used to validate #1457.
`License :: OSI Approved :: zlib/libpng License` mapped to
`zlib-acknowledgement`, which is the "zlib/libpng License with
Acknowledgement" and not OSI approved. The OSI-approved zlib/libpng
license is SPDX `Zlib`.
`License :: OSI Approved :: GNU Affero General Public License v3`
mapped to `AGPL-3.0-only`, but the classifier does not say whether
later versions are allowed. Treat it as ambiguous, like the GPLv3 and
LGPLv3 classifiers.

The GNU Affero GPL v3 classifier now maps to an ambiguous value instead of AGPL-3.0-only. The zlib/libpng classifier now maps to Zlib instead of zlib-acknowledgement. Tests cover the zlib/libpng mapping and the GNU Affero GPL v3 error case.

Test AGPL ambiguity alongside a mapped classifier.
If the AGPL mapping is removed, this case still passes because an unknown classifier also raises. With MIT alongside AGPL, the same regression would return MIT alone.

Add a mixed-classifier case to the pkgmetadata test cases, pairing the AGPL
classifier with the MIT classifier. Ensure the test verifies that AGPL ambiguity
is still reported when a mapped classifier is also present.
