Add development documentation for AI coding agents including: - Project overview - Development commands using uv - Development process guidelines - Core architecture overview CLAUDE.md provides detailed guidance while AGENTS.md serves as a standard entry point that references it via @CLAUDE.md syntax. Also add Claude settings to allow running approved commands directly. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
