Already done: skillcheck lint in verify and CI, PR template + YAML issue forms, Dependabot, persist-credentials: false on all 6 checkouts, secret scanning on, identity scrub, skill description carries a do-not-use clause, both baseline rulesets (org access model: two rulesets per repo, no required status checks).
