This change introduces a new logger middleware to the emittor-middlewares package. The logger provides detailed, timestamped console output of state changes, making it easier for developers to debug their applications. The middleware is implemented in a new logger.ts file, exported from the package's main entry point, and documented in the README.md.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 1667448946696979006

Adds a new `middlewareLogger` to the `emittor-middlewares` package. This middleware provides detailed console logs of state changes, including timestamps, previous state, and next state, to aid in debugging.

The implementation includes:
- A new `logger.ts` file for the middleware logic.
- Exporting the middleware from the package's entry point.
- Documentation and usage examples in the `README.md`.
