[floxis-admin]

Adds the bidder page for the Adapex Prebid.js adapter (biddercode: adapex), matching the replacement code PR prebid/Prebid.js#15780. The original code PR #15736 was reverted in #15776 after its tests failed against an upstream gzip change.

• Banner, video and native; required seat and optional static bidFloor. Floors, FPD, deals, user IDs (userIds: all), DSA and privacy support are expressed in the page metadata rather than repeated in prose. A static bidFloor yields to an ortb2Imp floor.
• Outstream requires a publisher-provided renderer.
• GVL ID 1609, storage disclosure and explicit storageAllowed opt-in for adpx_uid / user.ext.wlid; custom identity transmission additionally requires transmitEids and transmitUfpd. Denial removes supplied custom IDs and skips fallback storage/resolution. The adapter does not check whether the exchange's cookie is available before resolving a fallback ID.
• CMP data-deletion requests attempt to remove both stored copies using Prebid's ordinary storage controls. If storage access has already been withdrawn, those controls can block deletion.
• Iframe/pixel user sync on sync.adapex.io, with server-provided consent signals. Existing filterSettings.all rules must allow the bidder and cannot be mixed with type-specific filters.
• Split-request telemetry identifies only the failed seat; ambiguous network failures without a response URL are omitted.
• Timeout/error telemetry is enabled by default, with a documented adapex.enableTelemetry: false opt-out. Beacons omit user, device and auction identifiers; only error beacons carry consent signals. Includes exported TypeScript parameter/configuration types.

Validation at c4e0284f: repository-configured Markdown lint, git diff --check and bundle exec jekyll build with Ruby 3.3.5 pass. The rendered bidder page contains the corrected publisher guidance. The three requested redundancy removals remain applied.

Prebid Server support remains pbs: false. Its documentation will follow separately after the relevant server adapter has merged and been released.

Dependency: merge this documentation only after prebid/Prebid.js#15780 has merged and the Adapex adapter is present in an official Prebid.js release.

@muuki88 the Adapex adapter is released in Prebid.js 11.43.0 (#15780), so this page is no longer pending a release. It matches the released code, and the redundant sections you flagged are removed. Could you re-review and merge?
