Adds
dev-docs/bidders/pubfuture.mdfor the PubFuture Bid Adapter.Companion docs PR for prebid/Prebid.js#15435 (PubFuture Bid Adapter) — needed
so the bidder appears on docs.prebid.org and the Download page once the
adapter PR is merged.
