✨ What's the context?
EMX Digital is migrating its Prebid Server endpoints from the legacy
emxdgt.com domain to the new Cadent domain ssp.cadent.com. This PR
updates the emxdigital bidder configuration (bidder-config/emxdigital.yaml):
🧠 Rationale behind the change
Cadent is retiring the emxdgt.com domain, so bid and user-sync traffic
must move to ssp.cadent.com for the emxdigital bidder (and its aliases
cadent_aperture_mx / emx_digital, which inherit this endpoint) to keep
working. Only hostnames change — paths, query parameters, bidder params,
and request/response handling are untouched. No trade-offs; no Java code changed.
