Remove unique constraint on IncomingWebhook.Key

It should be possible to define several webhooks with the same key, to allow multiple publications from the same app

Hi @ppoetsma ,yeah, the unique constraint is a bit problematic, cause I need to allow several users/ workspaces to use the same channel, for different messages, so I had to remove the unique constraint on Key attribute
