This PR introduces a new streaming
Parserclass to the library. This enables incremental Markdown parsing and rendering. We also add full test coverage for the new parser, expand build and CI support (including Python 3.14 and Pyodide wheels), and expose additional C API bindings for tree traversal and node introspection.
