Adds a script that scans node_modules for NAN-dependent native addons and rebuilds them from source, necessary after npm install on this pointer-compressed Node.js build. Copies the script into /usr/local/bin in all three Dockerfile variants (bookworm, slim, alpine). Documents usage in README under Native Addon Compatibility.
