Bring the fork up to a full Claude Code marketplace plugin while keeping
the skills.sh channel, and close the SKILL<->corpus dark-mode gap.

Distribution & manifests:
- add .claude-plugin/marketplace.json (root-plugin, source ".", category design)
- enrich plugin.json (version/description/author/keywords/repo/license);
  rename plugin plannotator-effective-html -> effective-html
- docs/installation.md covering marketplace + skills.sh + manual install
- README: fix npx slug to azagreev/effective-html, add marketplace section,
  add upstream attribution

Content quality:
- new dark-mode exemplars effective-html-example.html and plan-example.html
  (full contract: dark mode, reduced-motion, focus-visible, aria, contrast)
- all three SKILL.md point at a canonical exemplar + Quality-contract checklist

Hygiene & tests:
- .gitattributes (LF normalization), .gitignore, NOTICE
- LICENSE copyright holder -> Andrey Zagreev
- tests/test_structure.py: zero-dep unittest, T1-T13, all green

Darken --clay (#C25E3C -> #B45738) and --gold (#9A6B1F -> #98691F) in the
light :root of both exemplars so accent text meets AA (>=4.5:1) for normal
text on both --ivory and --surface, not only large text. Verified:
clay 4.57/4.82, gold 4.56/4.80. Dark theme already AAA; unchanged.

- bump plugin.json version 0.1.0 -> 0.1.1
- CHANGELOG [0.1.1] entry
- tests still 13/13 green
