Code Review
This pull request, part of an automated stability test, adds an unnecessary blank line to the Makefile. While this change has no functional impact, it points to a potential issue in the automation script. If the script unconditionally adds a line, it could lead to file bloat and noisy diffs over time. I have recommended removing this line and making the automation script idempotent.

This change adds an extra blank line at the end of the Makefile. While a single newline at the end of a file is standard practice, this change adds an additional, unnecessary blank line. If this is part of an automated process that runs periodically, it will continuously add blank lines to the file, leading to unnecessary file growth and noisy diffs. The automation script should be made idempotent to ensure only a single trailing newline exists. For this PR, the added line should be removed.
