Summary of Changes

Hello @shiyuhang0, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request significantly expands the TiDB Cloud documentation by introducing a new section dedicated to the "Essential Changefeed" feature. This feature enables users to stream data from TiDB Cloud to other data services, with detailed guides provided for integrating with Apache Kafka and MySQL. The new content covers everything from a high-level overview of changefeed functionality and management operations to intricate configuration steps for different sink types, ensuring users can effectively set up and manage their data streaming pipelines.

  • Changefeed Feature Documentation: Introduces comprehensive documentation for the "Essential Changefeed" feature in TiDB Cloud.
  • Data Streaming Capabilities: Details how to stream data from TiDB Cloud to external services, specifically Apache Kafka and MySQL.
  • Management Operations: Covers the full lifecycle of changefeeds, including creation, viewing, pausing, resuming, editing, duplicating, and deleting.
  • Detailed Sink Configurations: Provides in-depth guides for configuring changefeeds for both Kafka and MySQL sinks, addressing network setup, authentication, data formats, and various filtering options.

Code Review

This pull request introduces comprehensive documentation for the new changefeed feature, including an overview and specific guides for sinking data to MySQL and Apache Kafka. The documentation is well-structured and provides a good foundation. My review includes suggestions for improving clarity, fixing typos and a broken link, and ensuring consistency with the style guide, particularly regarding the formatting of UI elements.

Replaced hardcoded 'TiDB Cloud' references with the templated '{{{ .essential }}}' variable in changefeed sink documentation for Kafka and MySQL. Added beta feature notes for both sinks and updated instructions and restrictions to use the variable for consistency and easier product branding.
Added '(Beta)' to titles and headings in changefeed overview and sink documents for Kafka and MySQL. Removed redundant beta notes from the body text to streamline documentation and clarify feature status.
