Add Image Diff Support

Description

• Add image diff support to render added, deleted, and changed images
• Support side-by-side and swipe comparison modes
• Integrate seamlessly with existing FileDiff API

Motivation & Context

Binary image files in diffs previously had no visual representation. This PR adds first-class support for viewing image changes with intuitive comparison modes.
