User ID in Viewtopic

Adds the user id in viewtopic.

Installation

1. Copy the extension to: /ext/phpbbmodders/useridviewtopic
2. In the Administration Control Panel, navigate to: Customise → Manage extensions
3. Enable the User ID in Viewtopic extension
