Translation of php/doc-en#5859 (commit 72ea687): the alternative syntax page now lists
declareamong the supported control structures andenddeclare;among the closing keywords. EN-Revision updated.Also fixed "funciones de control" (they are control structures) and a verb agreement in the note of the same file.
