Translation of php/doc-en#5838 (commit 9ac246c): documents the new PHP 8.5 errors and warnings on bzcompress, finfo_file, mysqli::__construct, pcntl_exec, session_start, session_write_close, SimpleXMLElement::xpath and the tidy constructor and parsers, with the matching errors and changelog sections. EN-Revision updated.
Also fixed a few mistranslations in the same files along the way (session_write_close description, bzcompress work_factor, pcntl_exec description), and the tidy::parseFile and tidy::parseString examples now match the English code.
