The Philippines digital infrastructure has been inadequate from the start, possibly because people are not sufficiently informed about the risks and issues it can cause, or due to negligence. PHINSEC mission is to address these problems, in some way. The Philippines is a difficult case for progress, also due to its people's mindset.
