This change improves the inline color preview feature by addressing the issue of jarring highlights during cursor movement. Previously in discarded pr #1979, the line was highlighted whenever the cursor moved near a color, which was distracting during editing. This implementation ensures that line highlights are shown only when the user hovers over the color box.
The behavior aligns with user intent, as hovering over the color box indicates a deliberate action to preview the color. This avoids interrupting the workflow and makes the feature more intuitive. The hover-based activation provides a clear visual representation of colors without interfering with the editing process.
