Adds a "Latency Benchmarks" section at the bottom of the Endpoints page with a link to OpenChainBench.

OpenChainBench is an open, independent benchmark that probes free public RPC endpoints every 60 seconds and publishes p50/p90/p99 latency results. Polkachu currently leads the Persistence leaderboard at ~191 ms p50.

This gives developers a neutral, continuously-updated reference when choosing which public RPC to use, without changing any existing content.
