Enhance MCP Gateway documentation with quick start guide and new links#616

- Added a "Quick Start" section to the Permit MCP Gateway index, allowing users to secure a gateway URL in under 5 minutes. - Updated the sidebar to include a link to the new quick start guide. - Introduced a new row in the home page for MCP Gateway with links to Getting Started, Demos, and more. - Added a horizontal rule and a new DocCardList for MCP Gateway on the home page for better visibility.
