Adds pagination and sorting for User table and monitor sample list
Also included a bunch of styling changes as advised by Goran
Some of these changes are:

  • bigger font size for main text (section > p)
  • table with borders instead of zebra stripes
  • blackness of text

@cikzh this needs a rebase as it has conflicts
