…arity (#197) Clarify P-TRANSPORT conformance: peer product calls use authenticated HTTP only, while EP's own CLI and Server-owned File Inbox remain supported thin ingresses over the same application services. Add three documentary EH nodes and explicit local-only administration semantics. NO_BUMP; documentation/JSON only. Preserve #196 and all runtime, credentials, workflows, installations and Mission state. Exact-head EP validation, CodeQL, security baseline, golden, trusted delivery and observe-only TDE succeeded; conditional browser/localization jobs skipped, not counted as PASS.
