Summary: publish durable, host-recorded start, completion and duration in terminal producer readback and new immutable terminal evidence; fail closed when timing is absent or invalid; document v1.2 behavior; release EP 2.3.19 using canonical projections. Validation: targeted 16 tests, full 1577 tests, canonical version consistency, offline projection validation.
