chore(ui): convert remaining hierarchy elements

Converts the remaining files for hierarchy:

• MoveMany - unused, removed

• LoadMoreRow - text button, no visual change

• LoadMore - wrapper, no visual change

• Move More - text button, no visual change

• Field and Selected Hierarchies - updated to match Select field pills

Note: The hierarchy tree view accessibility is broken, you can only focus the overall container and not the individual folder divs. This behaviour is unrelated to these changes and exists on main - I'm going to address that fix in a separate PR.
